Maria — great chat about your line-changeover bottleneck. Sending the 8-min loom we discussed.

Sven — re: the pilot at your Malmö plant, here's the short scope doc I promised at booth C-14.

Before / after

From guesswork to strategy.

Same conference. Same booth traffic. Different outcome.

  • Endless scrolling through event apps.
Tiered hit list of companies and people.
  • Manual research on every exhibitor.
    Tailored openers for each target.
  • Lost track of which booths you already hit.
Log a meeting in one SMS. Your shortlist re-ranks live.
  • Notes scattered across napkins, Slack, and memory.
One recap of everyone you met.
  • Leaving with weak leads and business cards.
    Leave with pipeline, not paper.

Briefings

Every exhibitor and attendee match comes with a tier, a score, and a reason.

We don't hand you a flat list of 500 companies. Palconf groups matches into Top Picks, Strong Fit, and Worth Exploring, so you spend your time where the deal is.

FAQ

The questions teams ask before they commit to a show.

Contact

Do my reps have to install anything?

No new app. On the floor the copilot runs over plain SMS: a rep texts a badge photo and a note, and the contact comes back completed from licensed B2B data with the context around it — who they are, what they're sourcing, what was said. It works at any show, with or without a badge scanner, so nothing breaks if the organizer's lead-retrieval hardware is expensive, late, or simply not there.

What do we get before the show, not just during it?

Most of the outcome is decided before anyone flies out, so that's where the work starts: a target list built for your vertical with KPIs and accountabilities confirmed, pre-show meetings booked, the floor plan walked with your team, and outreach emails sent automatically. The attendee list an organizer hands you is a directory, not a strategy.

What happens to everything we captured once the show ends?

Every interaction is timestamped and logged the moment it happens, so nothing ends up on the back of a badge or in somebody's memory. You fly home with follow-ups already in your CRM, top leads tiered, and the follow-up strategy sharpened — instead of half the conversations being forgotten by Monday.

Who owns the data, and does it train your AI?

Your team owns it and we never sell it. It is not used to train AI models. Enrichment is one-way — nothing your team captures flows back to the data providers. Export or deletion on request, any time, and the full detail is in our privacy policy.

What does it cost?

For attendees, Palconf is free: the full ranked list, the briefing report, and the copilot. For exhibiting teams it's a paid engagement scoped to the show — we start with a pilot on one event, covering the pre-show campaign, the SMS copilot for your booth staff, a custom virtual booth in our 3D floor map, industry insights mapped from 30+ events in your field, and a dedicated team on your conference GTM. Get in touch and we'll price it against the show you're working.
