By accessing or using Palconf ("Service"), operated by Palconf Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Palconf is an AI-powered conference networking platform that helps users identify relevant exhibitors, attendees, and networking opportunities at professional events. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user goals, match them against event participants, and generate briefing reports.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use a passwordless one-time-password (OTP) authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activities that occur under your Palconf account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond its intended use
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
5. User Content
You retain ownership of information you provide through the chat interface and profile data ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating match scores and briefing reports.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate match scores, recommendations, and briefing reports. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Palconf Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Data
The Service aggregates publicly available information about events, exhibitors, and attendees from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of third-party data. Event information, company details, and attendee profiles may change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palconf Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
